The Leadership Development Institute, named after prominent recreation educator, Lyle B. Beaver, is targeted to those young professionals who show promise as future leaders and would benefit from an enhanced leadership experience. The Institute was conceived to help develop professionals and prepare them for leadership positions within our field and our association.

• Dealing with Ethics and Ethical Dilemmas
• Managing Stress
• How to prepare budgets

**Institution fees include six meals (dinner Wednesday, breakfast / lunch / dinner Thursday, breakfast / lunch Friday)
